Chef Rida's Recipe chicken mayo sandwich

Ingredient

bread                                            6-7
oil                                                  to fry
chicken (boiled)                            1Cup
Boilled Pototo                               2
salt                                               1/2 Teaspoon
black paper (kali mirch)                1/2 Teaspoon
lemon                                           1 Teaspoon
mayonnaise                                  1 Cup
finely chop Carrot (gajar)              half Cup
egg                                                1


Method

In a bowl add every thing (exept bread) and mix well with folk.
Dip  bread in this mixutre and fry in light frame.
Do this with all bread pieces one by one.

Chef Rida's Recipe Chocolate Ice cream

Ingredents

condense milk  6ons
coco powder  2tb
fresh cream  6ons
chocolate chips  6ons


Method


Take a bowl.
Add Cream and mix well with beater.
Add coco powder and condense milk and beat well.
Add some amount of chips and mix with spoon (do not mix with beater).
Put this bowl in the freezer and wait until it freeze.
Before serve sprinkle the chips.

Chef Rida's Recipe flour shapes

Ingredients

Gram Flour (meda )                     2 Cup
milk                                             2 Cup
sugar                                          1 Cup
oil                                                2  Tablespoon to fry


Method

Make the dough of flour with milk or water.
Wait for a while (10-15 minute) .
Make different shapes with dough like star, round etc.
Fry in light frame.

Chef Rida's recipe stuff capsicum

Ingredients

Mutton (qima)  chop  half kilogram
Onion    2
Tomato    half Kilogram
Green Chiles (hari mirch)    4-6
Ginger (Adrak) 1
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Green Coriander (hara danya)
Capsicum (simla mirch) Cut their upper part and make them empty  half kilogram
Ginger Garlic Pate (adrak lesson)   2 Teaspoons
sabad danya (koot lo)  2 Teaspoon
garam masala (chop) 1 Teaspoon
Red Cilies (laal mirch) 2 Teaspoon
Oil   1cup



Method
Add Oil in a Pan and fry 1 Onion until light brown.
Cook after add all spices and mutton.
Chop Tomatoes (except 3 tomatoes) and add them too.
Fill mutton with capsicum put it into the pan and cook it with remaining mutton, 1 onion, 3 tomatoes.
Serve with bread.

Chef Rida's Recipe Chapli kabab

Ingredients

Mutton/chicken (chop) (Kima) 1 kilogram
Ginger Garlic Paste(Adrak lesson)  2 Tablespoons
Salt To taste
Cilli powder 2 Tablespoons
White Apes ( zira ) 2 Tablespoons
Green Coriander leaves (Daniya )  2Tablespoons
pomegranate Seeds(Anar dana) 3Tablespoons
Egg 4-5
Onion (fry until brown) half cup
Gram Flour (Bhsan ) 1/3 cup
Tomato (chop) 5-6
oil To fry
onion, tomato for garnish


Method

Mix every thing in a bowl (except oil and flour).
Put this bowl in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
Add flour and make a desire shape (like round etc).
Fry in a medium frame.

Chef Rida's Recipe White chicken karahi

Ingredients:

oil  as required
1 Kiligram chicken (karahi  pieces)
ginger garlic paste (adrak lesson)  1 tablespoon
garm masala (powder form )  half teaspoon
yogurt ( dahi phant kar)   1cup
white paper  (powder form) half teaspoon
fresh cream   1/2cup
green chilies (hari mirch ) chop  2-3
salt  to taste

Method

In 2 Tblespoon oil, Add chicken and  half chop ginger and fry litle bit.
Add small amount of water so that chicken can cook.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and cook until water become dry.
Add litle oil,gram masala, green chilies and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add cream, white paper and mix well.
after garnishing dish is ready to serve.

Cold coffee

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon coffee
1 Tablespoon chocolate ice cream
Ice cubs

Method

Add milk, sugar, coffee and ice cubs in a blander and mix well.
before serve in the glass add ice cream too.

Chef Rida's Recipe Fried brinjal

Ingredients

Brinjil (bangan)    One kilogram
Salt    to taste
Rice (powder form)    One and half Cup
Cilli powder    One Teaspoon
Kali mirch (chop )    One Teaspoon
Oil    To fry

Method

Cut Brinjils in slices after wash them.
Add all ingredients (except oil) in brinjils.
Deep fry in high frame.
