Chef Rida's Recipe White chicken karahi

Ingredients:

oil  as required
1 Kiligram chicken (karahi  pieces)
ginger garlic paste (adrak lesson)  1 tablespoon
garm masala (powder form )  half teaspoon
yogurt ( dahi phant kar)   1cup
white paper  (powder form) half teaspoon
fresh cream   1/2cup
green chilies (hari mirch ) chop  2-3
salt  to taste

Method

In 2 Tblespoon oil, Add chicken and  half chop ginger and fry litle bit.
Add small amount of water so that chicken can cook.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and cook until water become dry.
Add litle oil,gram masala, green chilies and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add cream, white paper and mix well.
after garnishing dish is ready to serve.
